John Cudmore, President

John Cudmore is a native Islander who began his career with Dyne Holdings Limited when
he was asked to consult on the construction and fit up of the Holman Grand Hotel, Charlottetown’s newest hotel in over twenty-five years. Upon the opening of this modern boutique hotel, John accepted the position of General Manager. In 2015 John assumed additional responsibilities and now oversees the operations of all Dyne Holding properties and associated companies.  Prior to joining Dyne Holdings Limited, John spent many years managing hotels and resorts for a leading regional hotel chain, serving as President and Chief Operating Officer before leaving to establish his own company, Cudmore Hospitality Consulting Inc.


Kendrick Banks, Controller

Kendrick joined the team at Dyne Holdings Limited in February 2016 in the position of Controller after their head office was moved from Halifax to Charlottetown.  Having the finance function of the company based on PEI allows Dyne Holdings to have control over its finances and shows the commitment of the company to strengthening its PEI location.  Kendrick is excited to be part of the management team and looks forward to working on growing the Downtown Charlottetown core.  In 2006, Kendrick wrote and passed the Chartered Accountants’ qualification exam while working with local accounting firm, Arsenault Best Cameron Ellis. In 2010 Kendrick moved to New Brunswick after accepting a position with the McCain Foods Internal Audit team. This position provided him the opportunity to travel to places such as the Netherlands, Kelowna and Toronto.  In 2012 Kendrick moved back to PEI where he returned to public practice, a role he remained in until February 2016.

Blair Myers, Property Manager

With extensive experience in the construction/project management, Blair joined Dyne Holdings Limited in 1994 as Property Manager, supervising the construction, maintenance, and janitorial departments for the Confederation Court Mall and office towers.  Blair's skill set is a great asset in budgeting tenant improvements and assisting in floor plan layouts.  From minor renovations to major leasehold improvements, Blair can offer our tenants his project management services for an easy transition into their new space.  His vast knowledge of the buildings and contacts in the industry assures our tenants receive the best advice, at the best price, completed quickly and efficiently.

Deborah Matthews, Manager

After gaining experience working in a large accounting firm, Deborah joined Dyne Holdings Limited in 2000.  Since that time, Deborah has managed the day to day operations of the office, while acting as a liaison for our tenants with our various departments of project management, leasing, marketing and accounting.  Deborah's strong accounting background combined with her focus on building strong business relationships allows for her to relate to our tenants on both a financial and personal level, while addressing their requests in a timely and professional manner.
